Please note that orders received before 10 am Monday to Friday will be prepared by us and collected by the carrier on the same day. The carrier we use will have tracking and we will notify you of the tracking number.
Please note that most of the items offered in our shop are suitable for Custom’s approval outside of the EEA. Anything that has a shelf life of less than 6 months, though, is considered to be a perishable and therefore will probably be destroyed.
Reports of any breakages will need to be corroborated by a photographic image of the damaged item, which of course will have to match the item dispatched.
We can arrange collection for a packaged item from a shop in Newquay, should you wish to, for a nominal fee.
